Questions before you sign up

What counts as a hotel?

Each property with its own room count. The first three are covered by the base price, and from the fourth each one adds 99 USD a year.

Is there a contract limit?

No. Contracts are unlimited on every hotel, because capping them would push you to record less than you actually pay for.

Do OTA commissions count as spend?

No. You can record Booking.com, Expedia or Airbnb to keep every provider under control, but commission never enters your software spend.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes, and without a clock. Create your account, add your hotel and record your first software contract for free. You will see your real cost per room before spending anything. The second contract is the one that needs a plan.

How do I pay?

Once a year, per hotel. There is no monthly charge. Card payment is not connected yet: today we activate your account by hand after you ask for it.

Why is it 300 and not 600?

600 USD a year is the regular price of the product. 300 is the launch price for the accounts that come in now, and it stays there for as long as the account is active. Nobody has ever paid 600 for it: it is what it will cost later, not a discount on a past price.
