What we store

Your email address (to sign you in with one-time links), the workspace data you enter (hotels, rooms, software contracts, contacts, reminder settings) and the emails we have sent you. Sign-in links and session cookies are stored hashed: nobody who reads the database can use them.

What we do not do

No passwords, no advertising trackers, no selling or sharing data with third parties. Your contract data is visible only inside your own workspace. We do not use it for benchmarks or any aggregate product today; if that ever changes it will be opt-in and announced first.

Who processes it

Data lives on Cloudflare (hosting and database) and transactional email is sent through Brevo. Both act as processors; neither receives more than what is needed to serve you.

Your choices

Email privacy@mail.spendpar.com to get a copy of your data or to have your account and everything in it deleted. Deletion is complete and not recoverable.
