What SpendPAR is
A tool to track hotel software contracts, costs and renewal dates. The free plan includes one hotel. Pro adds multiple hotels, email reminders and support; while automated billing is not active, upgrades are confirmed manually before any charge or commitment.
What SpendPAR is not
It is not a system of record for your legal obligations. Renewal reminders are a convenience on top of your contracts, not a replacement for them: always verify notice periods and deadlines against the signed agreement. Email delivery can fail for reasons outside our control, and SpendPAR accepts no liability for a renewal missed because a reminder did not arrive or a date was entered incorrectly.
Your data and your account
Your data stays yours. Until self-service export is available, email the privacy address to receive a copy or request deletion (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, account owners are notified by email before the change takes effect.
